Data Deletion Instructions

In compliance with Facebook Platform Rules and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Treazly allows all users to delete their account and associated data at any time.

1. How to Request Deletion

If you wish to delete your account or remove data collected through Treazly, please send an email from your registered account email address to: support@treazly.net with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”.

2. What Happens After You Request Deletion

  • We will verify your identity via your registered email.
  • Your Treazly account will be deactivated and all personal data (name, email, preferences, social tokens, posts, and logs) will be permanently deleted from Supabase EU servers within 30 days.
  • Any backups containing your data are automatically purged after 30 additional days.

3. Automatic Account Deletion

You may also delete your account manually through your account dashboard (coming soon under Settings → Account → Delete Account).

4. Data Location

All Treazly data is stored securely in Supabase (EU region) and encrypted at rest and in transit.
