Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Treazly platform (“Service”). By creating an account or using Treazly, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. The Service

Treazly is an AI-powered platform that automates social media management, including analytics, competitor research, and AI-generated post drafting and scheduling.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements to use Treazly.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Treazly reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not use Treazly for spam, harassment, or illegal activities.
• Do not use AI-generated content to spread misinformation.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer or misuse the Service APIs.

5. Subscription & Billing

Treazly offers subscription tiers (Starter, Pro, Agency). Fees are billed through Stripe in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Taxes may apply depending on your jurisdiction.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform content, software, and AI models are owned by Treazly SRL. You retain rights to your uploaded and generated content.

7. Data & Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. All data is stored securely on Supabase’s EU servers and encrypted at rest and in transit.

8. Availability & Maintenance

We aim for 99.9% uptime but may occasionally suspend access for maintenance or upgrades. Treazly is provided “as-is” without warranties of uninterrupted service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Treazly SRL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including data loss or business interruption.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Antwerp, Belgium.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
