Treazly (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides an AI-powered social media automation service that helps users analyze competitors and generate social posts (“the Service”). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Information We Collect

• Account data: name, email address, and password (hashed) collected via Supabase Auth.
• Workspace data: information about connected social accounts, preferences, and competitor sources.
• Generated content: post drafts and analytics stored in Supabase PostgreSQL.
• Usage data: anonymized analytics via Google Analytics and Google Ads for performance and marketing measurement.

3. How We Use Your Data

We process your data to:

• Provide and maintain the Service.
• Authenticate and authorize users.
• Generate personalized AI content.
• Improve product performance and user experience.
• Comply with legal obligations.

4. Data Storage and Security

All user data is stored in Supabase’s EU data region(PostgreSQL and Storage). Supabase encrypts data at rest and in transit using industry-standard AES-256 and TLS 1.2+. Access to the database is restricted through row-level security and token-based authentication.

Treazly employees and contractors do not access user content unless explicitly required for support or maintenance and only with user consent.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your data. We may share limited information with:

• Service providers (Supabase, Vercel, Google Analytics) for hosting, storage, and analytics.
• Legal authorities if required by law or court order.

6. Data Retention

Data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time via email. Deleted data is permanently removed from Supabase backups within 30 days.
